I was just sitting here after a 14 attack day yesterday and at my wit's end! I wanted to ask if anyone notices any of these things as triggers.. from laying down on the couch to watch T.V., sitting in front of or under ceiling fans, going from hot/cold(inside to outside),keeping my head turned toward the right while listening to someone talk or watching T.V. (not being right in front of the person or T.V.?...I'm a right-sided sufferer), eating spicy foods that "clear" my sinus's....anyone?? When I do any of these it triggers an attack!! Crazy! I have been chronic for over 10 years and although the Amerge(2.5 mg./ 1/2 tablet 2-3 times daily) has done wonders for me, yesterday was an exceptionally hard day! 14 attacks..that has'nt happened since before I started the Amerge! BTW, my attacks arent only triggered by these things I mentioned, they usually come out of the clear blue, but I got to thinking if anyone else suffer's from these crazy trigger's!? And lately, I've found that Ice packs help abort the attack sometimes when in the past it only aggrivated the pain so even if you've tried something before....maybe try it again! I'm definately ready for this insanity to end...after a day like yesterday, I'm so exhausted and feeling miserable and even though I've fought this "Demon" tooth and nail, I get to the point where I want to throw my hands and say "YOU WON"!! But....I won't and here it is another day, wonder what he has in store for me today? Thanks for listening.
