We have ALL been there. I'm not sure how much longer I will have a job either. But at this point I really don't care. The pain is to much to take. I have to just surveve right now. The operation is done very rarly. My doctor won't do it for me. I've begged him to. There are lots of other meds to try. Click on meds on left to see what he can take to his doctors with him. Maybe he needs to see aa new doctor that keeps up on CH. Don't give up. He needs you. These things can cost you your job , marrage, and life. Good Luck and God Bless. Paula
