I'm in the process of seeing Dr.s and getting paper work together.
The Orthopedic dr. told me Tue that with my Arthritis, Flat Feel & Clusters, that I have chronic, constant pain and he thinks I have a case!
See my Neuro next Tuesday, so will sound him out and go from there.
Glad to hear of the precedence in Texas!
That's part of my reason for pursuing disability, as I can draw early benefits anyway starting next month, but SS suggested I file for disability and I considered it an opportunity to get the CH diagnosis out there for exposure. Also, equally important, I can draw higher benefits than on my regular SS retirement, and with both of us retired, that's a biggie.
(Kinda helps make up for the years I was home with our sons so didn't have any earnings.)
