I think most of us would agree that the constant annoying pain probably is what we call shadows. But, I am not a doctor so don't take it as gospel.
Prednesone does work........but......it only works for me and others that I have heard about while you are on the course (normally 12 days) and then, if you are not at the end of your cycle when you start, it can come back......with a vengeance. I have found prednesone works best at the end of a cycle, once I have begun to burn instead of shadow.
