It's so nice to see some fellow Canadians posting messages. My husband is a CH sufferer and up till about 3 weeks ago he had been having a real bad spell of CH. He used to drink a lot of Diet Sprite - like 6 -8 litres per week. While going through this site I read the Water X3 and had also read a post about soda possibly causing CH. When I told him maybe there was something in the Sprite that was either causing the CH or at least not helping, I suggested the water thing and he thought I was crazy because he hates drinking water. Anyway, to make a long story short, since he's been drinking water he's been headache free for about 3 weeks now. He still occasionally has a glass of Sprite but nothing like he used to. Might be worth a try!!
