When I was much younger (I'm 43 now) I would often have them switch sides. Now they are always on the left side. This cycle however has been much longer than most. We all know how frustrating it is when you think they are gone and then you get that twinge and say "oh no". I know sometimes I try and talk myself out of them, only to let it get full blown and run for the imitrex. So sorry you are in pain. Hope its over soon.
