I've done the cold thing, driven during an attack but only because it came on while I was already driving. I've jogged in my pasture and I'm not a jogger. I've walked miles, I've turned the water hose on my head, I've ran up and down stairs, I've typed on the computer, I've smelled raw gasoline and tasted it,(not recommended)in an effort to find something to ram up my nose. The list goes on.
