In the Red Cross Ambulances Manual is written that's MANDATORY to use demineralized water and absolutely not distilled water.

When I speak about distilled water I mean the REAL distilled water, not that used for ironing (demineralized, but with distilled label onto...) but that used (for ex.) to dilute meds for injections, and like this.

The REAL distilled water damages the metallic parts of the regulator (for some strange electrolitic reactions) this is true -housekeepers hear!, also for ironing.

This is what the Red Cross states in ER texts.

Oh BTW, I have forget also to say to change the water frequently!
