I recently encountered the same problem with my insurance company, although i was allowed 2 per day. The idiots at wal-mart were giving me one(box) per day, but they should have been giving me 2 boxes(4 injections) per day. The pharmacy I use now gives me plenty. You may want to get your doctor to call your insurance company for results. another option is get your doctor to prescribe the regular imitrex with standard needles so you can reduce each dosage and you will have more on hand. You probably know or have done all of this but thought I might help you find answers. I know how scared I am when I run out of imitrex.
