Disclosure of MD's identities and asessment of diagnosis/treatment

I would like to see full disclosure of MD's identities (names, addresses, licence numbers, hospital affiliation, office address and phone number) and asessment of their diagnosis/treatment of CH.

It would be nice to have them indexed.

MD's that did well should be rewarded by publishing (posting) all relevant information.

Conversely, MD's that did poorly should be avoided, at best, and that can only be accomplished if all relevant information is published.
