I don't have bipolar disorder (at least not that I know of) but have suffered for 20 of my 34 years and was recenlty diagnosed with cluster headches. I suffer daily about 3 to 4 attacks. I am currently on Verapamil 4x's a day and Imetrex and/or Amerge along with Toradol if needed. The Veramil doesn't seem to be working but the Toradol does immediately. Amerge and Imetrex make me groggy and sleepy. I need to get off this medication and am looking for more natural alternatives if anyone can suggest something. I will be trying yoga and also thinking about acupuncture.
