I can't get to my meds book at the moment, but that nortriptyline sounds like one of the antidepressants. If so they are heavy meds, potentially dangerous if you don't follow instructions to the letter.
It may be worth your/his while to ask the doc if this is an anti depressant and whether it is really necessary.
If it IS,it may also play havoc with his sex life...
For the rest, I am taking Verapamil regularly without hardly a side effect worth the mention, though it is usually a very low dose.
Have you checked the medical info under the buttons on the left? Worth anybody's while.
