Andrea, for years I went through the same feeling about leaving home.It was one of the worst side effects of these things. It got to the point where I was afraid to go shopping with my wife, or to my daughters softball games. You didn't mention any abortive medications, so I'm not sure if you use any. I was able to eliminate the fear of leaving home, when I began using imitrex injections. The pills didn't help, but the injections allowed me to go where I wanted, knowing I could stop the monster in less than 10mins. They are definatley worth trying.
