When I'm explaining how my clusters affect me, as far as the pain aspect, often I tell people that suffer from Migraine or stress headaches that, if you take the worst headache they have every had, one that stretched out for days or even maybe a week or more and compressed it all into a 1 hour capsule that might come close to what it's like to have just 1 cluster, I average 7 a day.
