Doc needs to write script to say O2 for cluster headaches to be given by non rebreather mask at 10 leeter flow per min. He should know exactly how to word it. But it must have clusterheadache in there and nonrebreather mask and 10 leater flow. Your insuranse company should cover this written this way. And they will determine who to go though. Thats why my doctor goes though my insuranse first. They deliver to my home whenever I need it. You my want to call your insurance campany directly and ask them how to speed the prossess up.
