You're right. I'll be sending the room list to the agent this Friday. We still have a couple of rooms available at the Monte Carlo. Let me know. After Friday you're on your own as far as accommodations go.
I'll also be placing the order (based on registrations received) for OUCH t-shirts next week. If you don't have your registration in by then I won't be able to order your t-shirt in time for the meeting.
You can decide to attend the convention right up to the last minute. We won't turn anyone away. Being last minute with your decisions just makes a lot more hassle for those of us trying to make this thing work.
A partial list of attendees: My wife and I, Riccardo, Kip and his wife, Ken Hubner, Bill McC, Barbara D, DJ, Johnathan from the UK, Bonnie & hubby from Canada, another one I just got but can't remember the name here at work, and a whole bunch of gonnas/plan to's/hope to's/maybe's. I'm gonna make a guess at 25 to 30 people. Should be one heck of a good time. I'm really looking forward to meeting you guys.
