There was a post last year from a guy who swore that methadone (the stuff they use to get junkies off heroin) worked like magic for him. His doc prescribed it after going through a bunch of the other opiates and synthetic opioids.
Methadone is, of course, not an abortive, but for people for whom no currently-known abortive seems to do the trick, heavy-duty painkillers are the only recourse.
The painkiller with the highest effectiveness, is, of course, heroin... but try getting any doc to prescribe it unless you are a terminal cancer patient.
It seems you have a doc who is not shy about prescribing opiates, to judge from the list in your post, so s/he should have no qualms about prescribing methadone. Heck, if any junkie can get it through any rehab center in the country, why can't a clusterhead?
