This won't help much, but there is worse pain. I once had a root canal and even though the doc deadened it, the moment he stuck that little needle up in my tooth I understood why people give in to torture. I must have changed color few shades - I know I jumped - because the dentist looked at me for a moment and said, "Well, that's all we should do for today." I didn't know such pain existed, and I don't care to experience it again. But in a way, it was useful. When I'm in the middle of a bad cluster I can tell myself that it could be a lot worse, and has. Just hang in there; nobody's sticking needles in your teeth.
