To tell the truth the very secund a CH has shown sings of releaf, even the very first sign, I stand up and go on about my day. If a CH lasts 45 mins. or an hour and a half I want to prevale at my first opertunity. If this means I have to act like I am not in pain for a time before the pain ceases so be it.
I find this forces me to accept the pain for only as lomg as I am incapacitated. I believe if I surrender to my CH Too quikly and for to long it has won.
