It was a beautiful day and I decided to wash my truck! Everything was going fine and then suddenly, I felt the tingling start! I thought I could either stop washing the truck, go in, take something and then pound my head or I could keep going and hopefully by the time I got through, it wouldn't be that bad! Well, I have a nice clean truck now! The funny thing was that while I was washing my truck, I remembered seeing something here about physical exercise while having a CH! When the h/a first started, I was just getting started on the roof! By the time I got to the back bumper the h/a was completely gone! Guess there's something to be said for physical exercise!!
