I was a bit hurt about being called self righteous and having a "sentiment for the day". I just trying to give someone a single thing to remember to keep them going. That's just what my Nan and my Mum did for me when I was a kid. In fact, me and my Mum still do it for each other now. It works too, most of the time.
Obviously this is not one of those times!!
