Welcome to the board but sorry you're here. While I've never tried pred, many, many others on this board have with horrific side effects. I have usually gotten good results with O2 and during the last cycle I started chilling it with even better results (was able to abort 6s to 8s). But it's important to do O2 right; non-rebreathing mask at 8 to 10 L/min. Drop me an email if you want details on the "cool O2". Good luck and please consider joining OUCH.
