I just got my first prescription for imitrex yesterday. My doctor who understands CH but does not suffer from it seems to think that the nasal spray should work faster since it goes directly to nerves in the brain as opposed to the injection which has to travel through your body.
He did however say that since he had never had to use it he didn't know. So you are saying that the injections work faster?
