DEFINITELY have noticed that since about age 35,the last 13-14 years,several clusters started within 2 -3 days of me jumping into unusually strenuous repetitive exercise (my wife jokes that every physical fitnes resolution I make brings on CH - she may be onto something)
can't say one way or the other for many - but I DO now believe there is at least a minor correlation
this MAY have something to do with blood oxygen exchange levels, and point toward a multiple trigger causation equation
on the other hand - I quit smoking about 6 years ago and don't believe there's been any major resultant change in my CH, and THAT ought to be a major factor in O2 processing
