IT is GREAT when we are free of the pain and depression. After the attacks, feeling good is really feeling good.
Given the timing of your cycles, should you regress, you might be interested in the link below. I am convinced the full spectrum lights worked for me for 2 1/2 years. Stupid me, I was convinced that it was ended forever. Well, that euphoria ended in disappointment.
Several months ago, I checked back with Paul's site to see if there was any new info. The site did not appear to have been updated, so I tracked down Paul's email address. I found out he is free of CH using this method.
My point is not to dampen your joy, but to provide you with some alternatives "in case". After 27 hears with these damn things, I have found that nothing works forever.
In your case, good luck and hope you never need this info.
