Just wondering if anyone else has this pattern? At the end of my last cycle I began a diary as suggested by Annemaria.I discovered a pattern: first week 7 full days of ice pick stabbing on the top and to the right side of my head, with pain in my temple, cheekbone,ear,jaw,my nose runs, and my eyes both droopy and red with tears. When I'm not having a bout I have heavy shadows all day until I go to bed. My bouts are regular as clock work Morning:2:15,4:30,6:15,7:30-9:45,11:15. Afternoon:2:30-3:45,5:00. I go to bed at 7:30pm. My second week is in pain scale of 5&6, just throbbing or boring the same all day & time. My third week is my best of the 5 week cylce with light shadows all day between a 4 and 5. My four week begins to get bad again and by my 5th week I'm retenting water I can feel my body changing, my body temp goes up and I feel like a gray cloud is fellowing me. My first day of my new cycle alwas feel flu like symptoms at my 2:15 wake up call from the beast, my face flush, with eyes half way closed. Can anyone tell me if this gets better?
