to be advertising booze as a way to combat shadows (see other posts, above etc.) I would never willingly and knowingly "tie one on". It happens sometimes that I get into circs where I drink more than usual.
And only afterwards do I find out that the 2-hourly attacks haven't been along, that night.

It is the unpalateble truth. But I'll never advertise it as a cure!
