Our son had a brain injury and was having headaches and moood swings he was on all the things you said but the last one he is on depakote now the heat bothers him because of a brainstem inj. but going from hot to cold in the heat bothes him and makes the headaches come. He had massage therapy plus because of his injury he wasn't holding his body right and so he has went to a chiopractor who helps him keep ajusted because of the headaches he would tense up he has had less and less headaches, get your blood checked and eat sceduled meals and vitamins and walk in the evenings when it is cooler, Hope some of this helps. We went to the library and found a book about foods certain foods can cause headaches also.
