I just wanted to say thanks for all of your words of encouragement. I did get through that day (and the next 2) with only shadows, no major attacks. I also had a good talk with the HR director and she found me an unused office I could go to if I need to use the O2 at work. Lots of water seems to help, but sugar and caffeine trigger migraines. The only thing worse than a CH is a migraine on top of a CH, so I think I'll steer clear of sugar and caffeine, but thanks for the suggestion anyway. It's so nice to find a place where people truly understand what it's like to deal with this demon.
