I have used relaxation to help ease some of my headaches. You must have a quiet place and be in a setting possession for about one hour. Make your whole body relax, from top of your head to the tip of your toes. Think of something very peaceful like flooting on a cloud or a walk on a beach. But 1st you have to clear your mind before you can start visualizing riding on a flooting cloud. Good luck it is very rewarding.
