Hi Folks, I was out bicycling yesterday at an attempt at a long organized event. I usually get my headaches (cyclical) only at nights but have had a few in the daytime. I brought spray with me, which takes 20 mon to work. I had a shadow and I was afraid it would go full blown, so I sprayed. Nothing happened for about twenty minutes and I still felt dull twinges, then I had a full blown headache for about an hour! I was afraid to take any more medicine, so I didn't. I really didn;t know what to do. Could I have brought this on by taking the Imitrex too soon causing a rebound, Thanks for any advice. Peaceful nights, Mary
