My sister corresponds with some clusterheads the old fashioned way, with typewriter or paper and pen.
She got a letter from a 50 y/o, 7 year veteran who had success with the following treatment administered by his physician,
once per day for a week:
Solution of 150 mg Diclofenac Na (Voltaren) mixed with
Solution of 100 mg Tramadol HCl (Ultram) into the right rear end
and
Solution of 1 mg Dihydroergotamine Mesylate (Migranal, DHE 45) into the left rear end.
(Maybe left sided clusterheads should switch the cheeks)
He did not have any attacks after the 3rd pair of shots for the rest of 1998.
In the same way he aborted the cycle in 1999 and 2000.
BTW, before this guy had success with 360 mg Verapamil + 1 liter of grapefruit juice per day, sic ave.
