Jackie, Right now I am on 10mg twice a day (a relatively low dose...I'm told). I'll probably need to increase it some. Dr. Mellick (via email) suggested the sustained release. He has provided great support and recommedations.
Currently most of my clusters hit during the morning hours....multiple times. I have greatly improved. My cycles have changed from night to evening and now morning. Why??? The great mysteries of clusters. Hope this helps. Good Luck to you, Jackie!
