I also want to elevate mental health to cabinet status and I want to be the Secretary of Mental Health as well.
I think we need to get a litle tougher about mental health and we can even start a new initiative:
"Don't Worry, Be Happy - or Else"
The else could include boot camp in my Department of Defense.
