I have pretty much "broken through" everything, but right now a mix of Verapimil and Lithium is keeping the beast at bay. When he does make an appearance, the oxygen has been more than valuable. You need to try it if you haven't done so yet.
Read through this site, and the many links. There is an incredible amount of good helpful information. There are also a ton of great, supportive people here who are a source of strength and valuable information.
