Hi guys,
I need your help to pat my supporters on the back.
I have two wonderful friends who help me through the rough times.
I apologised to them both the other night for talking about my headaches too much.
They told me never to say that again. They also said that if talking about it helped me, that
I should talk about it as much as I wanted to. They are interested in what I take for medicine.
I just love these girls and appriciate thier patience and kindness.
It would be great if you would give them a pat on the back for me. They would love that.
In the e mail section where I usually put my name , I have put my friends email adrress.

I would love you guys for doing this for me. They never come here, but deserve some praise none the less.
