a sinus infection is the "best" trigger for a cycle. And yes, the sinus pain is quite like the CH at the start (or shadows).
If we are "similar", I could suggest you to avoid all nasal spray meds, and to left the windows always open.
But (and in this case, thank God, you are not under another cycle) we are all different
