In my case side effects are much higher with pills and spray than injections.
The Verapamil dose you use is slightly low in the CH mean. If you (now the opposite!) do not suffer from low blood pressure or (better) have high BP, you can rise the dosage to the double w/o more side effects. Remember that some CHers here take 8 times what you use (960 mg!)
And have you ever tried O2? I think that's the best thing after the woman, existing in this world.
