Talking to the lord is a good start in my book! I know I talk to him a lot myself.
I am sorry you have clusters but the loard must have sent you to the right place. This site is full of all kinds of information.If you have not cheched out all the buttons on the left of your screen thats a great place to look for all kinds of information.
You might try ice instead of heat if heat is not working. I use to use heat and found it made it worst instead of better. Then I head about using ice. It helps me much better.
The next thing to try is get your mind off the next attack! Only think of them durning a cluster but in between try hard to enjoy life.
