I can relate to "good intentions". I had an IRS auditor tell me to just run hot water over my feet and it would clear up my HA! I filed a complaint on her for dispensing med. advice! Somehow a HA doesn't sound serious - after all, it's all in your head ;) and you should be able to take something and be fine in a little while. NO ONE can understand this pain unless they've been thru it.
And I guess I'm lucky. My pharmacist is great - he knows me well enough to know when I need something I NEED IT NOW. He and my doctor are both good about that. They've both seen me in the middle of a HA and know I'm not being a baby. Hope we all find a CURE soon! Hang in there.
