Oxygen has been the magic bullet for me, and is the only thing that has consistently worked to abort the attacks. Some attacks have dissipated in as little as 3 minutes. I think that this should be one of the first therapies prescribed.
I don't know sizes, but I get a tank about 4' high, and I just call the medical supply when it gets near empty. Even my crappy insurance covers it, and each tank costs me $4.00 out of pocket. You buy the masks and tubing. The valve must be able to distribute AT LEAST 8ml., better with 10 - 15.
