Since you brought it up (no pun intended), we use "orgasm therapy" on my wife, who gets migraines. It was actually suggested to us by one of her doctors. As the act of having sex, and the ensuing orgasm brings the heart rate up and causes other physical changes, the blood vessels expand, and it can ease or sometimes abort the migraine. It's also cheaper and more fun than Imitrex.
In my case, the cluster pain is so overwhelming, that I can't imagine even getting started, but...what the hell, anything is worth a try. My understanding is that clusters are vascular headaches, and the same principle should apply.
