Had the opportunity to try Maxalt MLT last night during a freak 3-hour "level-9" headache- didn't do squat for me, but I will try again it tonight, after my first of the night hits. I guess it is actually sub-lingual Imitrex, or that is what the doc told me, and I understand that it is effective on clusters for some.
