Sorry to hear about your husband.
As for relief, well there are lots of medications that work for some, but don't work for others.
Is your husband on medication right now? If so, which ones, and in what doses? Has he tried oxygen? More to the point, really, is he seeing a good neurologist who is familiar with cluster headaches?
Also, he is episodic or chronic, and what is the pattern of his attacks? Sorry for so many questions, but if you could be a bit more specific, then I'm sure some of us could jump in with some meaningful advice. We're here for support, so don't hesitate for a minute to ask more questions. You might also try some of the links on this site, and the archieves are full of useful information.
Just be assured that you two are not alone, and you've certainly come to the right place for help. You might also "tell" your husband to check-out this site as it has been a life-saver for many of us.
