I don't know how long your clusters last but focus on the pain free period you have to look forward to. As a chronic clusterhead I feel for you and the despair you must feel every time a new cycle starts, it must be incredibly frustrating to have this start up again. But, it sounds like you have painfree periods of your day, so plan around them. And remember "This too shall pass" .... who said that?, someone famous. Anyway, take care of you, and remember someone is always here with a sympathetic ear. Heck, I was up at 0350 battling my demon this morning for 2 hours.....we all understand.
