We know that it is possible to bring on an attack just by ACTING AS IF YOU HAVE ONE.
In fact, I have personally brought them on that way. Even more than that, one of them was the first had in more than a couple of years.
And to top that off, it was the first one in a cycle that has lasted longer than any cycle I have ever had.
I actually brought on an entire cycle by ACTING as if I was having an attack!
Others have done similar things. One man told me that he didn't want to go to his wife's office party. So, he faked an attack which ended up lasting all evening and hit a ten.
In my case, I just didn't want to go to the inlaws for somebody's birthday party, so I faked a cluster attack. It didn't get bad, but it got real. I had totally ignored what they had told me about self-igniting because I didn't think I could do it. Plus...I REALLY didn't want to go to the inlaws.
Now, however, I'll go just about anywhere.
