Look down your nose at them and say in a very friendly, pitying tone: `Well mine are not quite what you would think of as a headache, you know. What I have is a neurological condition.
Be prepared to spell neurological for them. Have OUCh pamphlets (are there any?) on hand. I am known to brandish a copy of the journal of our Society for headache sufferers.
But mainly, be very pitying that they don't even know about this.
Only problem is, they will think you very brainy and in future will blame your "headaches" on that.
