Women: Before/after 50 onset

Nine days ago I saw a neurologist who seriously doubts that women have true CAs. He said in my case that I probably have SUNCT and prescribed indomethacin. I take it three times a day and have had so far no CA symptoms until close to the next dose.
I would like to know if most of the women on this board first experienced this type of HA pain (known to us as a CA) before or after the age of 50.
