People should make more use of the E-mail function. As a matter of fact Barbara D makes use of that function all the time. We E-mail each other. Barbara D is the Treasurer of O.U.C.H. (Organization for Understanding Headaches). I'm the President-Elect (whatever that is) and we and a large group of other folks have made this Organization to try to help you.

I also agree that people should make more use of the chat room. I've noticed more and more and more posts from people doing just that, though.
This message board sure has evolved since you left, and then decided to come back. I've decided to stay. I'm strange that way. I'm insane that way.
I've noticed, over the years, that some people decide to stay, and some people decide to leave the message board. I respect people's decisions.
I've noticed that some people decide to join O.U.C.H., and some people decide not to join O.U.C.H. I respect people's decisions.
I noticed that some people like to whine, vent and complain about their cluster headaches, and some people like to support whining, venting, and complaining. I respect people's decisions.
I've noticed that some people are fighters. Some people like to cope, handle and relish life and not have self-pity about their cluster headaches. Some people have a sense of humor and some people don't. Life is funny that way.
Some people join O.U.C.H. and some people don't.
By the way - I'm freaking nuts and I have chronic cluster headaches. I've had 'em for 16 years, and I'll be a member of O.U.C.H. for eternity, and I'll be posting to this stupid message board forever. Well - untill somebody kills me, anyway. :-)
