I have suffered for years with what I thought were
sinus headaches. Sometimes they went on for weeks
and I even ended up having a CAT scan done to see if
it was a brain tumor. After reading the info
presented here and some other web sites. I wondered
if I had cluster headaches and if hyperventilating
i.e. breathing fast & hard long enough to get quite
dizzy (but not black out) would help. My thought was
that if a lack of Oxygen in the head was the problem
could this be enriched by rapid breathing.
(Don't do it while driving)
The next time I got a headache I tried it and to my
surprise I felt better immediately and the next day
was pain-free.
I don't know anything about physiology, but I know
I feel better.
Hope this helps,
Bob
